We guarantee a 30-day hassle-free return after you receive our pack. To apply for return and refund, please read through the content of this page carefully and be sure you understand our policies clearly before completing your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your full price purchase, you need to return an item, or make an exchange for a different size, you're responsible for sending it back to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your package. All sales (including discounts, clearance sales) are final sale, and are ineligible for return.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To make sure your return can be referenced, please include in the email your order number, name, address, and items purchased. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Once we receive your returned pack, we will make the full reimbursement of what you paid for the product within five business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Perfectein will not be held accountable for lost packages if delivery proofs from our delivery service partners (such as USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.) show the packages have been delivered to customers.
Manufacture Defects Warranty
All perfectein.com products come with a 60 day manufacturers defect warranty. We do not warranty normal wear and tear or damage to the product due to regular everyday use.

What IS Covered Under Manufacturers Defect Warranty:
• Seams not properly attached/sewn together
• Leaking at seams after first use
• Waterproof items not keeping water out after first use
• Missing parts
• Products not assembled correctly
What is NOT Covered Under Manufacturers Defect Warranty, Defined as “Normal Wear and Tear” Incurred by the User:
• Rips, tears or cuts in fabric, holes or punctures
• Lost items (after receipt)
• Items outgrown in a short period of time
• Worn down or thinning fabric
• Wrong product measurement interpretation (we provide detailed and correct product specifications in the product description page and customers should be responsible to understand what these measurements mean.)
